Who I Am
I’m Nhlanhla Nene, a Mindvalley Certified Life Coach with an Advanced Programme in Personal and Corporate Coaching, specializing in Narrative Coaching. I’m also the founder of Mindedjoy, a wellbeing coaching space dedicated to helping people live with clarity, purpose, and emotional freedom.
My work blends positive psychology, mindset development, and transformational coaching to guide individuals who want more than success on paper—they want lives filled with meaning and joy.
My Journey
I started my career in the corporate world as a Certified Management Accountant, working across diverse industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, mining, and construction. While I valued the work, I became deeply curious about human performance:
Why were employees disengaged?
Why did so many leaders struggle to inspire?
These questions led me to coaching.
Between 2016–2017, I completed the Advanced Programme in Personal and Corporate Coaching, followed by a Life Coach certification in 2019. I also supported the CIMA South Africa Mentorship Programme, helping develop leadership and communication skills within the profession.
How Mindedjoy Was Born
Before launching Mindedjoy Coaching full-time in 2023, I spent several years facilitating performance workshops—helping individuals reconnect with their strengths, increase self-awareness, and rediscover the parts of themselves they had forgotten or underutilized.
Mindedjoy evolved from this work.
Today, it serves as a home for:
